Lemon and Honey Chicken

balsamic vinegar

Instructions

Season the chicken as desired.

Drizzle oil into a pan and cook the chicken over medium heat, flipping occasionally, until each side is a golden brown (8-10 minutes).

While the chicken is cooking, mix the honey, vinegar, and lemon juice in a bowl.

Add the honey liquid mixture into the pan with the chicken and add the water. Cover with a lid so it cooks faster and let it cook for 20 minutes.

Remove the lid and let the sauce thicken, this should only take a couple more minutes. Remove from the heat and serve.
Tips & Tricks
