Instructions

Peel and chop the garlic. Chop the onion. Peel and dice the potato into medium size dice. Lastly, peel and slice the carrots into rounds.

Add some olive oil into a pot and fry the garlic and onion for several minutes over medium heat.

Add the carrot and potato to the pot and sauté for 1 more minute.

Add the curry, cumin, and salt and sauté with the vegetables for 3 minutes.

Add the peas, milk, and water and mix. Cook over medium-high heat until it begins to boil. Lower the heat and cook for 20-25 minutes, until the potatoes become tender and the curry has reached the thickness to your liking.
