Wash and chop the lettuce, then place in the salad bowl.

Dice the cheese. Remove the seeds from the pomegranate. Add the cheese and pomegranate seeds to the salad.

Add the croutons (check out tips and tricks) and the walnut crumbles. Time to eat!
Tips & Tricks
You can dress this salad with a bit of olive oil. It's not necessary to add salt since the cheese will give it sufficient flavor.
We used homemade croutons in this recipe. They're very easy to make. Cut a slice of day old bread, and dice. Drizzle with oil and a bit of salt. Place in the oven for 4-5 minutes at 350°F, flipping them halfway through.
