Instructions

Wash the lettuce and tomato. Dice the tomato and slice the onion.

Drizzle some olive oil into a pan. When it is hot grill the salmon filets. Add salt.

Place half of the lettuce in each bowl. Add some tomato and onion and half of the avocado. Accompany each salad with one of the salmon filets you have just cooked.
