In a pan add some oil and toast the hazelnuts and almonds until they are golden. Remove and set aside.

Use the same pan to cook the salmon with a pinch of salt.

Cut half pomegranate and remove the seeds. Dice the avocado.

Place the lettuce in a salad bowl. Add the diced salmon, the pomegranate seeds, and the avocado. Gently mix. Finish by tossing in the toasted nuts on top.
Tips & Tricks
This salad tastes best when dressed with a honey mustard vinaigrette. In a bowl add 3 tablespoons of olive oil, a pinch of salt, a teaspoon of modena vinegar, a tablespoon of honey, and a teaspoon of mustard. Mix until emulsified.
