Instructions

Boil the rice. To do this bring 4 cups water to a boil in a pan, then add 1 teaspoon salt and the rice. Let cook until tender but still a little firm. Drain the rice in a strainer and set aside.

Peel the carrot and boil in water until tender. Set aside.

Beat 2 eggs with 1 tablespoon sugar and a pinch of salt. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a skillet. Add the beaten eggs and let set as if making a pancake. You need to make a very thin omelet. If your skillet is small, make two omelets.

Put the rice in a bowl. Dice the boiled carrot and cooked ham and add. Then, cut the omelet into strips or any desired shape and add together with the peas. Pour over a little soy sauce and mix well.
