Instructions

Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half. Also wash and slice the basil.

Add some tomato sauce in a pan and let it heat up. Lower the heat to low and add the cherry tomatoes and sliced basil. Mix and let it cook for 2-3 minutes.

Meanwhile, beat the eggs and add a pinch of salt.

Heat up another pan and add a little olive oil. Add the egg and cook to your liking, closing it to give it an omelet shape.

Remove the omelet from the pan and place on your plate. Add the tomato sauce that has the cherry tomatoes and basil on top and you're ready to enjoy.
