
Tuna and Avocado-Filled Eggs

Fill a pan with water and bring to a boil. Salt the water and add the eggs. Boil for 10–12 minutes. Then take out the eggs, cool in cold water, and peel. Halve each egg and remove the yolk.

Drain the tuna and remove from the can.

Cut open then avocado, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh. Use a fork to mash the flesh using a fork and season with a little salt.

Cut the yolks into small pieces. Set aside a little for garnishing and combine the rest with the tuna and mashed avocado in a bowl. Fill each egg with the mixture and garnish with a sprinkling of chopped egg yolk and a pinch of pepper on top.
