Instructions

Grate the zucchini and place in a colander. Press until you remove all the excess water.

Place the grated zucchini, the flour, egg, and a pinch of salt in a bowl and mix.

Heat up a pan and add some drops of oil and spread around. Add the mixture to the pan until it covers the whole thing and cook that side first. Once bubbles begin to form on the top, use a large spatula to flip the crepe and cook the other side. Repeat these steps until there is no more batter.

In a bowl add the finely diced onion, drained tuna, and a bit of salt and the cream cheese. Mix well.

Fill each crepe with the tuna mixture. Ready to serve!
Tips & Tricks
You can add a bit of sweet corn, pickles, etc. to the filling. Use your imagination!
