Instructions

Wash and chop the tomato.

Wash the cucumber, and remove the seeds. Chop the avocado, cheese and cucumber into cubes.

Finely chop the onion.

To finish, place all of the ingredients in a bowl or on a plate.
Tips & Tricks
This salad tastes even better if you use feta cheese. If you have cherry tomatoes, use these instead. Cut about 7-8 cherry tomatoes in half.
This salad is perfect alongside fish or meat.
You can eat this during any season of the year, but since it's so refreshing, during summertime is ideal.
