Instructions

Slice the chicken breast into filets and bread them with bread crumbs and a bit of salt.

Cook on each side for several minutes in some olive oil. Remove from the heat and dice the filets into smaller pieces.

Add the lettuce to a bowl along with the cherry tomatoes, the diced onion, sweet corn, the diced avocado, and chicken.

Dress with some olive oil, salt, and vinegar.
Tips & Tricks
Add your favorite vegetables, pickles, or even olives to the recipes.
You can give the chicken more flavor by spreading some mustard before breading it.
You can also serve it with some sesame seeds on top.
