If you have already cooked meat, perfect, but we are sure this is not the case. You can start by pressure cooking the meat with water so that later you can take advantage of the broth to cook the quinoa.

Next, cook the quinoa as instructed on the package and use the broth from the meat.

Make a normal egg scramble or omelet and cut them into smaller pieces once they are cooked.

Cut the carrots and bell peppers into the smallest cubes possible so they cook faster.
