Instructions

Heat up water in a pot, once it begins to boil add the pasta and cook for the time indicated on the package.

Place the turkey on a cutting board and slice into strips or dice into cubes. Heat up a pan with olive oil. Once hot, add the turkey and some salt and cook until it's golden brown. Once cooked, set aside for later.

Finely chop the leek and wash and cut the mushrooms into smaller bite size pieces. Slice the sun-dried tomatoes into thick slices.

Using the same pan, add more oil and cook the leek and mushrooms you have just cut.

When the vegetables are tender, add the sun-dried tomatoes and keep sautéing more 1 minute.

Add the tomato sauce to the pan and mix. Cook over low heat for 4-5 minutes so the flavors blend.

After this time, add the turkey and the pasta, mixing gently. When all of the ingredients are mixed well, add the contents of the pan into a bowl and serve.
