If you'd like your smoothie to be chilled you can use frozen fruit (frozen banana or raspberry). If you have a strong blender or food processor, use it to chop the frozen fruits. If you don't have either, you can just add ice cubes or let it cool in the fridge before drinking.
We did not add any sugars to the smoothie because the smoothie had enough from the fruits. But if you'd like to add some, add your favorite sweetener.
