Wash the raspberries.

Combine most of the raspberries with the milk and half a single-serve cup of yogurt in a blender or food processor and blend well.

Pour the mixture into a bowl and add a handful of chia seeds and rolled oats, together with the remaining raspberries. Et voilà!
Tips & Tricks
For more consistency, use frozen raspberries and Greek yogurt.
If you don't find it sweet enough, you can add your usual sweetener.
If you have other fruits, you can add them to the bowl. You can also toss in a handful of blueberries.
