Rinse the quinoa. Pour a 1 1/2 cups of water into a pot to boil. Once boiling add the quinoa and a pinch of salt and cook for 20 minutes or until the seeds open. Remove, drain, and let it cool.

Wash the spinach, cherry tomatoes, and the radishes. Cut the tomatoes in half and thinly slice the radishes.

Heat up some olive oil in a pan. Once hot grill the salmon. Add some salt.

Place half of the quinoa and the spinach on a plate. Add half of the cherry tomatoes and the radishes on top and then place a salmon filet next to the simple salad.
Tips & Tricks
Serve this salmon with a simple yogurt sauce. Add yogurt, some salt and pepper, finely chopped half clove of garlic, and a drizzle of lemon juice into a bowl. Mix well and your sauce is ready.
