First prepare the ingredients. Wash the lettuce and cut into strips. Peel and cut up the avocado. Wash and cut the tomatoes into small pieces. Finally, peel, and dice the mango.

Put the lettuce into the bottom of the bowl. Sprinkle the other ingredients on top.

Lay the chicken breast on a cutting board and cut into strips or bite-size cubes. Heat a little olive oil in a skillet and fry the chicken, seasoning with a little salt.

Scatter the chicken over the salad and serve. It’s super delicious!
Tips & Tricks
If you’re on a vegetarian or vegan diet, you can use tofu instead of chicken.
