Start by preparing the vegetables the following way: slice the cabbage. Peel and slice the carrot. Lastly, slice the onion.

In a pan with a bit of oil, add the vegetables and cook for 10-12 minutes, until the carrot and cabbage are tender. Add some salt to the vegetables.

Add the roasted chicken and mix with the vegetables. Cook everything for several minutes so that the flavors integrate. Serve and enjoy!
Tips & Tricks
If you don't have roasted chicken at hand you can cook some chicken breast on the stove, cut it into slices or cubes, and add to the sauté.
You can make this plate more complete by accompanying it with a bit of rice, pasta, whole wheat toast, etc.
