Goat Cheese, Pomegranate, and Nut Salad

Wash the lettuce and cut it. Add it to the plate that you will serve the salad. If you have a variety of lettuce, it will come out more visually pleasing.

Cut the pomegranate in half and remove the seeds using a spoon.

Slice the goat cheese and place on top of the lettuce.

Add the raisins to the bowl followed by the dehydrated blueberries, crushed almonds (if you don't have any you simply have to crush almonds using a tenderizer or something hard, so that you get small pieces of almonds), and half of the pomegranate seeds. Add the olive oil and vinegar on the nuts and mix well.

Sprinkle the dressing and nuts you have just prepared and finish by adding the rest of the pomegranate seeds on top of the salad.

We used a modena reduction and it came out stupendous.
