Instructions

Peel the shrimp, making sure to remove any traces of shell. Cut into pieces of the desired size.

Peel and dice the mango.

Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, scoop out the flesh, and dice.

Carefully arrange the mango dice on a plate. Then add the diced avocado and, finally, the shrimp pieces.

Tips & Tricks

Season the salad with a little sea salt and a sprinkling of lemon juice, and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.
