Instructions

Wash the mandarins and grate using a fine grater. Next, squeeze the juice and set aside.

Beat the egg whites until they reach a nice peak and set aside, as you will need them later.

Place the cream cheese, oil, and sugar into a blender or food processor. Blend well.

Add the milk and continue to blend everything.

Add the grated mandarin peel, the flour, and the yeast to the liquid mixture, and mix the ingredients.

Lastly, add the egg whites that you have set aside and gently fold it into the mixture.

Pour the mixture into a greased mold and bake for 30-40 minutes, until a knife or toothpick come out clean when you prick the center.

Once ready, remove from the oven and place on a rack to cool. Once it's room temperature you can remove from the mold (if it's hot it will break).
