Instructions

In a pot with boiling water, cook the pasta for the time indicated in the instructions. Once cooked, drain, and set aside.

Shred the feta cheese and set aside.

Wash the mushrooms and slice. Also slice the onion and wash the spinach.

Drizzle some oil in a hot pan and cook the onion on medium heat for several minutes.

Add the mushrooms and cook for another 8 minutes until they are golden.

Add the spinach and mix. The spinach will slowly reduce in size. Add a pinch of salt to the vegetables.

Finish by adding the pasta to the pan. Mix with the vegetables and leave on the stove for a couple minutes.

Distribute the pasta onto two plates and sprinkle the feta cheese on top.
