Wash the broccoli and cut it into slightly smaller florets. Put water into a pot and once it begins to boil, cook the broccoli florets for 3-4 minutes. Drain the broccoli and set aside.

Add a drizzle of oil to a pan. Once it's hot add the chicken and cook with salt. Once it's ready you can slice it or shred it.

Add the cooked broccoli and chicken to a bowl. Add the finely diced onion and the nuts and seeds. You can dress this salad with the tasty sauce we recommend in tips and tricks.
Tips & Tricks
Would you like a delicious dressing to accompany this salad? On a cutting board cut a piece of onion and dice and finely chop 4-5 pickles. In a bowl add 4 or 5 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 1 of ketchup, and add the onion and diced pickles. Mix and it's ready!
